Damage Issues

  • Reporting Damage: If your package is damaged, please provide us with clear video or photo evidence of the damage or leak.
  • Review and Reshipment: Once our logistics team reviews and authenticates the evidence, we will reship the product to you at no additional cost.
  • Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent claims will not be considered.
  • Reporting Window: All damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Missing Order Issues

  • Reporting Missing Orders: If your order is missing, please send us a photo of the delivered package’s invoice via email.
  • Review Process: After reviewing your claim and performing internal checks, we will provide an update and, if appropriate, send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Expired or Stale Products

  • Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee that all products are fresh and properly labeled with the manufacturing and expiry dates.
  • Reporting Expired or Stale Products: If you receive a product that is expired or stale, please notify us via email within 5 days of delivery.
