Any cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled as our courier partner charges us as soon as they receive the parcel.
If an order is canceled, the buyer is responsible for paying a 10% fee from the total amount that will be reimbursed.
All of the honey jars are packaged to the highest standard by Rare Mad Honey.
However, sometimes due to shipping accidents, the packages may end up getting damaged or lost.
- We have specific steps that must be taken to retrieve the package in situations like this:
- Please give us a thorough video or photo of the damage or leak issues.
- If the video or photo is authentic, our logistics team will carefully review it, and if so, we will reship your product to you at no additional cost.
Any fraud or deceptions that are found won’t be taken into account.
If the damaged product is reported after 5 days from the date of delivery, your request for a refund or replacement product will not be accepted.
Missing Order Issue
Please include a picture of the delivered package’s invoice and send it to our email. After reviewing your ticket and performing any necessary internal checks, we will give you an update and send you a replacement product.
Date Expired product or Stale product
We assure you that all our products are fresh and clearly labeled with the manufacturer and expiry date.
If you receive an expired product or stale product please send us an email describing your issue within 5 days of delivery, after reviewing your case, we will provide you an update for the further steps for a replacement product.
